1. Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications. This includes items with custom designs, logos, or text that you have provided.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item, including packaging if applicable.
Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: We will produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
- Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the damaged or defective item.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the incorrect item received.
- Photos of the incorrect item.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
4. Returns Process

7. Cancellations
