2. Non-Custom Orders

For non-customized items (if applicable), we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the customization process has not yet begun. Once the customization process has started, we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund.
